Placing a Call
Handset: Lift the handset, dial extension or 10-digit number, then press the Dial button.
Speakerphone: Press the speakerphone button, then dial extension or 10-digit number, then press the Dial button.
NOTE: If you don't press the Dial button, the call will automatically dial after 10 seconds
Accessing Voicemail
Press the Messages button.
Enter your PIN + #
NOTE: The default PIN is 134679.
Press 1 for new messages. Press 2 for old messages.
Changing Voicemail PIN
Press the Messages button.
Enter your PIN + #
Press 5 for Current Options, then press 1 to change PIN
Transferring a Call
Cold Transfer: During the call, press Xfer, dial the number, then press Xfer again.
Warm (Consultative) Transfer: Press Xfer, dial the number, wait for the announcement, and then press Xfer again.
Park: Press an available Park button. Place a new call to inform the person of which Park line to pick up.
Conference Calls
During a call, press Conf, dial another party (internal or external), press Conf again to join them in the call.
NOTE: There is a 6-party capability.
Accessing Contacts
Press the Directory button or go to Menu → Contact
Press 4 or select the Cloud Contacts option.
Scroll until you find the contact or press Search.
Use the number pad to type the person’s first or last name, then select the contact to dial them.
Changing Ringer
Press Menu → Basic → Ring → Ring type.
Navigate left or right to find a preferred ringer, then press OK
