What you will need:
Family ID #. If you have a King School invoice already, you can find the ID # at the bottom of page 1 of the invoice.
To recover your username you will need: The primary phone number that is associated with your account on BBTM and your family ID #.
To reset your password you will need: The username associated with your account on BBTM and your family ID #.
If you do not have the Family ID #, the primary phone number that you registered with BBTM, and/or the username, please call the Blackbaud Parent Call Center at 888-868-8828 or the Student Billing Administrator at 203-322-3496, Ext. 4303.
Continue to the instructions below once you have all the information required to recover your account.
- Log into your MyKing account.
- If you do not know how to log into MyKing or if you have never signed in before, please click here.
- If you do not know how to log into MyKing or if you have never signed in before, please click here.
- Select the Resource tab and select Blackbaud Tuition Management.
- On the page that opens, click on Forgot your username or password?
- If nothing happens when you select Forgot your username or password, please click here to load the username/password recovery page directly. However, make sure to go back to BBTM as explained in the instructions above and log in from there to link your MyKing account to BBTM.

- To recover your username, please enter the primary phone number that is associated with your BBTM account, the Family ID #, and click Submit.
- To recover your password, please enter the username that is associated with your BBTM account, the Family ID#, and click Reset Password.
