Deleting Personal Information on MyKing

The instructions below will guide you in deleting your personal information from MyKing. Please read the bolded notes carefully, as they contain important details.

• By default, only other employees can see your home address and wireless phone number, along with your name, job title, and degrees.
• Students and parents can only see your email address, name, job title, and degrees.
• You are not able to delete your primary email address from MyKing.
• If you delete your wireless phone number from MyKing, you will no longer receive text notifications about closures and delays.
• The Parent Association and other school-run committees use MyKing to access your address for events and gifts. If you delete your home address, employees will need to contact HR to obtain another employee’s home address.

After reviewing the notes above, follow the instructions below to remove or edit specific personal information on MyKing. 

1. Log in to MyKing and click your name in the top-right corner. Then click Profile. 
   
   
2. Click the trash can icon next to the information that you want to delete. 

   
   

   • To edit information, click the pencil icon next to the item that you want to update.
