Blackbaud Tuition Management for New Families

  1. Log into your MyKing account.
    1. If you do not know how to log into MyKing or if you have never signed in before, please click here and follow the instructions.

  2. Select the Resource tab and then click on Blackbaud Tuition Management.

  3. Click I am a first-time user.
  4. Either enter the email address or the phone number that was used during enrollment. Click Submit. 
    1. If you don't remember the email address or the phone number, please call the Blackbaud Parent Call Center at 888-868-8828 or the Student Billing Administrator at 203-322-3496, Ext. 4303.

  5. Select one of the options and then click Continue.
  6. You should've received the verification code to either your email or your phone, depending on which option you picked. Enter the 6-digit verification code and then click Continue.


  7. Verify that the school name is listed as King School and that your child(ren)'s name(s) are correct. We strongly recommend noting your family ID # from this page. You will need your family ID # to reset your password or recover your username in the future. Click Continue when you are ready to proceed.

  8. Click Sign In next to Already have a Blackbaud ID account?
  9. If you followed the steps in the order listed on this page, you should be logged in automatically and see a "Account Created Successfully" prompt. Click Close, and review the information displayed on this page. If everything appears correct, you can proceed with your tuition payment.
