Set up the forwarding feature before you leave for the day prior to your scheduled absence from the office.
- On the main home screen, click on black button under Features.
- Note - If you are not on the home screen, you can get to it by clicking on the white button with the black phone icon.

- Using the white circle pad, hover the selection over Forward and click on the black button under Select.
- Hover the selection over Forward Unconditional and click on Select.
- You should see settings like the picture below.
- Toggle Fwd Unconditional to On.
- Call Type should stay on External and Group.
- For Destination, click on Edit, and dial the extension that you would like your calls to be forwarded to. Once you finish typing the extension, the user's name should auto-populate the field. Make sure to click on Select once you confirm that the name that shows up is the correct destination.
- Toggle Fwd Unconditional to On.
- The final settings should look like the picture below (Destination should be set to the name of the person you would like to forward your calls to - Help Desk is just an example).
- IMPORTANT - Make sure to click on Save after you confirmed all the settings!!

- When you are back in the office, make sure to toggle Fwd Unconditional back to Off!
