Students, please have your teacher reach out to IT on your behalf for an Adobe license.
- Click here to launch the Adobe website and download Creative Cloud. After clicking Download Creative Cloud, it will automatically download a file named Creative_Cloud_Installer.dmg. Open the .dmg file.
- In the new window that appears after opening the .dmg file, double-click the folder to install Creative Cloud. You may receive the following prompt - click Open.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to finish installing Adobe Creative Cloud. You may be prompted to enter your MacBook credentials, the same credentials you need to log into the MacBook. Ensure to click Allow if you receive any prompts to allow Creative Cloud access to your download folder.
- After you successfully install Creative Cloud, the app should automatically launch. If not, you can find Adobe Creative Cloud in the Applications folder within Finder.
- Click the Continue with Google option on the Creative Cloud sign-in page. When your preferred web browser launches, enter your King School email address and the password to sign into the email account, or select your King School email address from the list of cached Google accounts.
- Upon a successful sign-in, you will see the complete list of Adobe apps that you have access to. Click on Install next to the app you want to use. Allow the installation to fully finish, and afterward, click Open next to the app.
Under Apps, click Install next to the app you wish to install.
Please be patient during the installation. It may take a while.
Click Open to launch the app after the app installs successfully.
