- Click on the Jamf Connect icon located in the menu bar at the top right of your screen.
- In the drop-down, click Reset Password.
- If you've reset your password before, you should recognize the password reset window. Please proceed as you normally would. If you are unfamiliar with the process, Click Here to View the Password Reset Instructions.
- After successfully resetting your password, you'll see a window like the one shown below. Click the red icon in the upper left corner of the password reset window to close it.
- If you accidentally click Done, simply close the Sign-in with your Email window and continue following these instructions.

- Your device checks in with our servers at fixed times - every 15 minutes on the hour (e.g., 12:00, 12:15, 12:30). Once the check-in is complete, you will see a notification like the one shown below.
IMPORTANT: You may lock your device but please do not logout or reboot until you see this notification.- Depending on your device configuration, this notification may not appear. If it doesn't appear within 15 minutes, you can manually continue by:

- Upon seeing the notification, either click on the notification or click the Jamf Icon in the menu bar and click Connect.
When prompted, enter your full email address and your new password. - If your new password is accepted, you'll see a prompt asking for your old password. Type in your old password and click Sync.
- If you receive no error messages and the window closes automatically, you're all set!
