The picture below is what you will see once the PolyCon joins the meeting.

  1. Mute - Mutes the microphone only from the PolyCon.

  2. Stop/Start Video - Stops or Starts the camera from the PolyCon.

  3. Share Content - Multiple ways to share your device screen with the Zoom meeting. Click here to see instructions on how to share content.

  4. Security - If PolyCon is the host, you will see this option. Able to adjust the security settings of the Zoom meeting (lock meeting, enable/disable waiting room, allow participants to share screen, etc.)

  5. View - Change the layout of the camera views. Each view will have its own layout options and sorting options. Also, options to Hide non-video participants and to hide self-view.

  6. Camera Control - The default Camera Mode is set to Manual and can not be changed.
    1. Manual - Gives you manual control of the camera. Use the arrows to pan the camera and the magnifying glasses to zoom in and out. The preset labeled as Main will zoom in as close to the table without cutting off the sides.
    2. Speaker Focus - Auto zooms in on the speaker that is in the conference room.
    3. Auto-Framing - Automatically zooms in to put everyone in the conference room in one frame.
    4. Multi-Focus - Focuses on multiple individuals and combines them into a frame.

  7. Participants - If PolyCon is the host, able to admit participants into the meeting if there is a waiting room. Total view of all the participants in the meeting, able to invite additional users, and mute/unmute all options. Click More to see more options.

  8. Invite - Invite users that weren't initially invited. All of King School employees will populate the list. Manually enter in emails that are not apart of the King School domain.

  9. Record - If the host does not allow the meeting to be recorded, this button will be greyed out. The video will be saved to the cloud on the Zoom website. Please contact IT at help@kingschoolct.org to retrieve any recordings.

  10. More - Will only see this if the PolyCon is the host. See more Zoom features such as Chat, Reactions, and Breakout Rooms.

  11. Volume - Control the volume of the PolyCon speakers (not the TV speakers).

  12. End - End and exit the call.

  13. PolyStudio Icon - Touch the white PolyCon icon to enable Device Mode. (See more here)
