How to Setup TI-Smartview CE (v6.0.0)

This license is only available to faculty.

You will use your King School email address to log into the TI-Smartview CE software. However, before signing into the TI-Smartview CE app you will need to go through the steps below.

Accepting the Initial Invitation

1. Below is an example of the email that you will receive when invited to be added to the King School Texas Instruments Software license group. Select View your invitations.
   
   
2. When you select View your Invitations, you will be taken to a new tab with the following message:Once you select Accept, it will take you to a page that says Create Account at the top. Do NOT fill anything out on that page.
   
   

Creating an Account

1. Texas Instruments allows us to create accounts using Google SSO. Utilizing this option will allow you to login using your King School email account in Google Chrome, rather than having to type in a username and password. Below is an example of the Create Account page. Instead of filling out the fields, select Sign in at the bottom left of the Create Account pane.
   
   
2. After selecting Sign in, the following page will open:
   
   
3. Select Sign in with Google and then choose your King School email account. After you sign in with your King School account you will be brought to the following page:
   
   
4. Your TI-Smartview account is now set up and can be used to log in to the TI-Smartview CE app!

Logging into the TI-Smartview CE app

1. Once you have accepted the invitation and created your account, you can now open the TI-Smartview CE app. Below is an image of the prompt that should pop up when opening the TI-Smartview CE app.
   
2. Select Launch Sign In and it should automatically open a new tab in Google Chrome with the following message:
   
3. It may take a couple of minutes for the application to login but once it's logged in you will be at the following screen and can now use the application!
