Accessing Voicemail

1. Pick up the handset and press the Envelope button.
   
   
2. When prompted, enter the voicemail PIN followed by the # key. 
   1. If you haven't set up a voicemail PIN and don't know the default code, please contact the IT Help Desk.
      
      
      

Record a New Greeting

1. Dial your voicemail by pressing the Envelope button (picture above) and enter your voicemail PIN.
   
   
2. Press 6 to manage your voicemail greeting.
   
   
3. Press 1 to record a new greeting. 
   1. If this is your first time recording a greeting, press 1 again to record a message for the slot.
   2. You can store up to nine greetings. If you'd like to keep your current greeting while recording a new one, press a number from 2 to 9 to assign the new greeting to that slot.
      
      
4. Record your greeting after the tone. After you finish recording, press #.
   
   
5. Press 1 to save and set it as your active greeting. 
   1. Press 0 if you would like to keep the old message as your greeting. If you selected a different slot for the new recording, your newly recorded message will still be saved in that slot even if it's not set as the active greeting.
      
      
6. If you pressed 1, your new greeting will play back automatically.
   1. If you're not satisfied and wish to re-record, go back to step D. When prompted to select the greeting number, make sure to press the number of the greeting that you wish to overwrite.
