Configuring Call Forwarding

Turning Call Forwarding On
Please set up call forwarding a day prior to your scheduled absence from the office.


  1. Press the Menu button.

  2. Using the outer ring of the circular direction pad, navigate to Features and select it.

  3. Select Call Forward — or press 1.

  4. Your name should appear under option 1. Select your name.

  5. Choose the type of call forwarding you'd like to set up: 
    1. Unconditional - Forwards all incoming calls.
    2. Busy Forward - Forwards calls only when your line is busy.
    3. No Answer - Forwards calls if you don't answer after 25 seconds.

  6. In the selected forwarding type screen, configure the following:
    1. Field 1 - Set to Enabled
    2. Field 2 - Enter the number you want your calls to be forwarded to (e.g. your mobile phone or a colleague's extension).

      The Unconditional call forwarding screen will look like the example below. 
       

  7. Press Ok to save your settings.
    • If you press Return or exit without confirming, changes will not be saved.





Turning Call Forwarding Off


  1. Repeat steps 1-5 above. 

  2. In step 6, set Field 1 to Disabled.

  3. Press Ok to save.
